How we work with you
Our process is designed for speed and alignment. Three focused stages take you from initial discovery to published content within weeks.
- 1. Discovery call
- Before we begin working with a new client, we want to make sure we're a good fit for you. In our 30-minute discovery session, we'll ask you where your business is at, what your content goals are, and walk you through our content strategy, production, and promotion processes.
- 2. Kickoff call
- We have a call with your primary contact and try to schedule 1-on-1 interviews with someone on your leadership team to extract vision and thought leadership content ideas. We also talk through nice-to-have information like product description, brand guidelines, positioning, ICPs, competitors and ideally get access to your CMS and analytics, if feasible.
- 3. Content strategy, production, and output within 3 weeks
- Based on the information from the kickoff call we analyze your existing setup, define strategy and a roadmap, and start content production. You will usually have your first content pieces published within 3 weeks. We then execute on a cadence of weekly (content delivery) and monthly (reporting and strategy call) tasks to stay aligned with your current business goals and needs.

- All content is created by our network of 300+ vetted engineer-writers and reviewed by subject matter experts and editors. We also use AI to speed up research and drafts, but every piece is reviewed by real developers and edited by professional technical editors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and value for your audience.
- How soon do we see content after we start?
- You’ll get your first pieces within 3 weeks of kickoff. We’ll spend the first 1–2 weeks aligning on goals, messaging, and the content roadmap so we’re not writing in a vacuum. After that, we aim for a consistent weekly publishing cadence. Publishing 2x weekly is the first core discipline of a successful content operation.
- How much of my team’s time will this require?
- We’re built to minimize internal lift. You’ll typically need to attend a kickoff call, review and approve a quarterly roadmap, and provide occasional feedback on draft content (we handle the rest). We offer full CMS publishing, distribution, and social media asset creation, so you can focus on other growth initiatives and closing the leads we’re driving.
- How do you measure success?
- Success depends on your goals, but we typically track traffic to key content, lead magnet downloads, demo or trial signups from content, engagement via newsletters, shares, or backlinks, and movement of content-informed leads down the funnel. We hold monthly analytics check-ins to evaluate what’s working and adjust the roadmap accordingly.
- Can we start small and scale up later?
- Yes. Many of our clients start small as a test, adding in paid growth options over time. We offer plans starting at $7K/month with an initial minimum commitment of 3 months.
